On Espn.com they have a break down of positions by team and the rank the top 12 best, Miami not only wasent in a single category but we were beat out ar RB by
12. New York Jets: The Jets have a running back by committee. Veteran Kevan Barlow is a steady first-down back, Cedric Houston gets the tough yardage and Leon Washington brings a great change-of-pace quickness. Washington also is a good receiver and a big-play threat. Former quarterback Brad Smith is a dual threat in situational roles.

and at DL by

12. Indianapolis: DEs Robert Mathis and especially Dwight Freeney are capable of disrupting any passing game with rare speed and pass-rushing ability. But as everyone knows, they can't stop the run. The defensive tackles regularly get manhandled at the point of attack, and the loss of Montae Reagor and Corey Simon has hurt more than many realize.

Indy's DL cant stop the run and Freeny didnt have a sack till like week 13 that complete BS

Most of the snubbing is probably deserved but the two you mention are ridiculous. Good points. No way in hell does a team with Kevan Barlow have better running backs than we do. And our DL isnt top 12? Psh.

well we were 6/10 what do you expect? No one ever gets respect when their record is that bad.

haha Indy's D shouldnt be getting any respect, they were awful this year. That DLine got ran all over and as Marino says, Indy's defense has a drug problem, cuz they are continuously getting drugged down the field.

Did you happen to notice it was a breakdown of where all 12 playoff teams rank? What a joke, every team not in the playoffs got snubbed from a ranking they had no part of. (way to exhibit your reading skills thread starter.)

From quarterbacks to special teams to coaching (always a huge factor in the postseason), Scouts Inc. ranks the playoff teams 1-12. After ranking the teams, we assigned a value (1 point for first, 2 for second, etc.) and added the categories. The Chargers, the team with the lowest total, top our power rankings.
