I was hoping the fins vs steelers game would be on replay for nfl network as it was a great game and meaningful for two teams fighting for their playoff lives. The elements, the back and forth game and crazy ending. But yet it looks like this game is the odd man out. I knew the hawks and niners game would be one of the games as it was close and two of the top teams in nfc and rivals going at it. I was hoping the eagles and lions game wouldn't, as it had the snowy conditions but the game ended up being pulled away at end and not as close at the end. But yet the 2 games on replay of the 4, playing tomorrow are the lions vs eagles and the hawks vs niners. I'm just going to have a wild guess and Wednesdays other two games for nfl replay are going to be, the beloved patriots and their game vs the Browns and the vikings vs ravens.

Thats a testament to what the league is. A very exciting product. I mean this past Sunday was the most fun I've had watching football in years. There were just so many good games and great conditions.

Yeah there were a lot of great games. I would have liked to seen the dolphins one though as that was a classic. Even though all 5 have something memorable, biased maybe, but if going by close games, I think the lions-eagles should not be there. It was memorable because of the snow, though steelers game had the snow too. And if going by meaningful games, the pats game shouldn't be there. Yeah pats are trying to position themselves for no 1 or no 2 seed but it's not a game for their playoff lives like the fins vs steelers game was or lions vs eagles game was. And same could be said for ravens vs vikings. sure Ravens need the win, but vikings are just playing spoiler as were the Browns. Wherease, both teams lions vs eagles and dolphins vs steelers were both fighting for a playoff spot so more important for both teams in those games. So either lions vs eagles out because the game wasn't as close or down to the wire as ravens vs vikings, fins ve steelers, pats vs browns or hawks vs niners game was or pats vs Browns nixed out as less meaninful compared to lions vs eagles and fins vs steelers game as stated.

I know people are thinking it's a bad idead for the superbowl to be in a cold weather city. But I think it would be different and cool for a superbowl to have snow. I know people there might be cold and the performers at halftime will have to dress really warm, but I'd love seeing a superbowl, old school slugfest with snow coming down like the eagles -lions game. Just because there's snow or alot doesn't mean the game will be low scoring or no pts, as you can see from the games this week, many pts were scored.
