What About Boston?

Boston I am all for coming back...Ricky has no reason to be on the roster now. We have Ronnie and Kay Jay...we don't need him any more...

His shortcomings werent all about attitude. If he wasnt injured last year, he would of had a monster season. Give the guy credti, last year at TC, the guy put a lot of effort into improving.

Im not talking about last year, though his attitude towards that 50 yr old airport employee does leave a lot to be desired.
Boston's attitude at SD and AZ hurt his career. If it wasnt for that attitude he probably would have remained with the Chargers and caught 100 or so balls for God knows how many yds from Drew Brees last season.

I wanted AZ (Zahir hakim) but I recently read that we are not among the front runners to get him.

And please dont ask me for a link, for I am a lazy turd.

An honest turd at that. I like it!! :cooldude:

He would be a good WR for us if he came back and was healthy. Beyond CC and Booker....we're not exactly 'deep' at WR with talent.

would love to have Boston back. This might be wishful thinking.

Boston, like Ricky, would be a great addition to the team. Yes, we have two great receivers (and a couple good running backs) but you just can't turn down talent like that.

speaking of links, do you have one PROVING that he shot up with roids? :shakeno:

I hate that people assume the guy uses steroids. If he does or did, none of us know. He never tested positive to steroids once.

Honestly, I think Boston would be back for the right price. I don't think Saban would leave the door open, if it indeed was not an option. If he can't get money elsewhere I think he signs. However, I bet his agent has him wait for that serious training camp injury before signing. You know some club will lose its number one WR, and get desperate, and dish him some dough. My prediction is he signs with us for vet min. with incentives, and we play a lot of 3 WR with Brown in backfield. CD
