Is this guy as fast as they say. What kind of 40 speed does he have? He was brought in last year for depth and has been on the practice squad. Is he a viable backup or is he just a special teams type player like Minor?:dolphins::ninja::dolphins:

If Cam is as alert as it seems to me that he is.... he'll give Cobbs a looong look this summer. He could be a lesser Michael Turner.
