Everytime he cathes a punt I'm afraid he will fumble...He didn't do much to stay the punt/kick returner...Maybe we should resign Sam Simmons....:fire:

LOL, even the stupid announcers were like... "this guy won't be returning punts for the Dolphins next week..."

The guy was/is horrible.

Considering he dropped the ball almost every time it was kicked to him, it's kind of amazing he had that nice punt return to set up the game-tying field goal.

Had to be nerves. If he holds onto the ball he is an awesome PR for us. He is a game breaker. I guess when Minor comes back we can throw him back there again. That should be fun.

Sam Simmons would be interesting.
 
Brightful has a brightful potential for being our returner.. the guy has unbelievable speed once he has his hands on the ball.. it was obvious to see he was nervous catching the ball... but that can be controlled given time..

The upside is.. this guy can break a long one for a TD and he can turn the game around with his runs.. If I remember correctly, he had that nice run back that led to the tieing FG in the 4th qtr.

Right now there is too many fingers to point elsewhere.. lets worry about those needs before we address this one..

Brightful does suck...But unfortunatley, even if we put Sage in there, he's gonna get clobbered too. That isn't enough time not even for Clark from Smallville...Nobody can be back there and do a good job right now.:cry:

Bro, gimme a break...He had 2 fumbles in the 1st half...ANd moron Dave just leaves him in there. They should both be slapped up.

I disagree with you here. Our defense is the ONLY thing keeping us in games. With our complete ineptitude on offense, field position is absolutely critical. Jordan has incredible speed and is very exciting, but his fumble lead to a (luckily) missed field goal attempt. Those are free points that are almost insurmountable at this point for the Dolphins. Add to this the inability to catch the kicks, and somebody is going to be falling on the ball with incredible field position. If we had a strong offense, I would retain him and give him a couple of more shots...with the way our offense is, keeping him could be even worse than our decision to keep Wade Smith :yell:
