You have the lead, you protect it. If it's 3-0 all the time that's one thing. That wasn't the case in the examples I listed.

Well, versus an Eli, Brady, and Romo, is it farfetched to say there will be scoring runs, comebacks, lead changes?

Versus those potent offenses, I'm still maintain us being outgunned / when we lost the lead, we were not productive enough offensively to regain it with offense.

I forgot to include the Broncos game with Tebow personally butt-****ing the Dolphins defense at the end there.

You're blaming the offense? The Giants won scoring 20 points. The Patriots had 27. The Cowboys had 20 points. Denver had 18 points. None of those teams lit the Dolphins up. You have a lead late in the game, you HAVE to hold it.

Romo is light years ahead of anything we've had since Marino. I'd take him in a heartbeat if he becomes available.

I hear ya bro. I'm just sold on getting our points per game average up in these scenarios, where as we know we were 20th in the league at 20.6 avg. per game.

Romo's unit did fare a bit better @ 15th with 23 points per game avg.
 
stupid idea. Delete post. Why would Dallas make Orton there starter? think before posting and cluttering this forum with this bull****.
