Anyone know much about him? I onw he is considered very smart and a tackling machine.

he is a FA next year at 6'2 241. Would he fit the 3-4 and is he someone we might consider? I don't know anything about him but lots of raves regarding this guy.
 
this is the guy i want. hes always making plays and is always physical when i see him play
 
I'd rather draft somebody. I think Crowder and a guy like McClain or Spikes would be great together. Yeah, Crowder isn't amazing, but if we could get a superstar next to him then he would look much better. A lot like Bart Scott next to Ray Lewis.
 
Right now this Ruud kid is intriguing me big time.
Bryant, Dansby, Hampton as a stop gap if Fergie retires, Sheffler and Daniels.
 
Yeah, I like Ruud as well. He's way better than any Lbs we got. He is definite tackling machine. He's only 26, has had a consistent career so far and is not injury prone. I wish we acquire him next season.
 
He won't be FA in an uncapped year. If there is a cap; the Bucs have enormous cap space.

Not at all likely he comes available unless you want to give up a 1st and a 3rd.
 
113 tackle 1 Int 1 FF, those are some nice stats. Kid has 5 INT & 4 FF in his career. With 15 pass defended.
 
I doubt anyone resigns wiht the Bucs as they have a cheap owner (Glazers are Man Utd owner as well so I know how broke thse MoFo's are (699 mill in debt with Man Utd) and why would either one wna play for a crappy team when just a few miles away u are in the same state, weather, and a potential Super Bowl contenting team in a year or two?
 
There's no way the Bucs would let him go. He is like the only linebacker with upside they have.

ONly worry there is I doubt we pay him in the range of 40 million as he'd probably want. I can't believe we gave CRowder 3 yrs 20 mill still. Biggest rip off.give an extra 10-15 mill to Dansby a proven GAMER and COVERAGE BEAST.

oh ya, and he gets sacks, FF, INT's, PD, and yea something called TACKLES.
Never seen a 20 million dollar LB go 2 games iwht only 1 tackle, 1 with 3, and 3 i think it was with 4 tackles. Thats pathetic thats a Kwame Brown type of robbery as far as contract to performance goes.

Future's pretty bleak in Tampa.
 
Ruud is the man, he gets like a 150 tackles a year he is all over the field. I think he would be the Fins #2 spot filled, but what they really need is a #1 reciever
 
I would rather get Karlos Dansby or DJ Williams, although I am very intrigued by Kirk Morrison.
