I would love to see Brees in the offense, but Sage has not been written off. He has not had major injuries, familier with the offense and still in his prime. Maybe, you throw him in the fire, and mold him to be the next great Q.B. WAR FINS!!!!

Then I don't think we would be any better than we were with Fiedler or Feeley. Another career backup QB starting for the Fins!

enough about sage

look, enough about sage. i'm tired of everyone asking "when will sage get his chance". he's had his chances. Exhibit A: Vs. Browns in the 05 season. I'm pretty confident that the coaching staff of the Miami Dolphins are better equiped to make judgement on a QB's talent/ability than you, I, or the rest of the general public are. Now 2 coaching staffs have said that Sage isn't our starter. I say take their word for it and DROP IT!:tantrum:

Sage got his chance v.s the Browns and we all saw what happened in that game.

And yes everyone will say "but he did amazing against the Bills". Yes he did do amazing but he came in knowing that he had nothing to lose. He could've thrown 4 interceptions and it wouldn't have made that big of a difference. However when he got his shot v.s the Browns he completely choked.

Sage is as good as gone. I doubt he will resign with the Dolphins.

Isn't he already negotiating with 3 or 4 teams ? I thought we cut him.

We didn't cut him, his contract ran out. He is free agent.

Damn, what is wrong with these people? Sage? Get over it. Even if he's your brother, we're not interested in Sage being anything other than a backup. And even then, most of us would rather see Cleo developed over Sage.

Oh stop with the nonsense already. :shakeno:

Sage isn't even in the fray for consideration. He's an unrestricted free agent as of 12:01 Saturday and he will be gone. Who know's where; I wish hom all the best.

It'll be Lemon and 2 other who knows who.

So you are going to base your entire judgement on a guy off of one start???

Im ok with him battling it out with Lemon for the 3rd spot, but thats about it. He will be a career clip board holder..... oh my dream job

Who Cares?! People have been talking all day about getting Culpepper or Brees and we're talking about Sage? He did a good job while he was here but i don't think he will be coming back.
