I get it guys it's not going to happen just because I dont think Bill Parcells would ever take TO on his team after dealing with him in Dallas. But would it be worth having him. We would now have a deep threat in a receiver and a QB that can throw the deep ball. I think it would only make the running offense that much better and it would give guys like Bess and Ginn more time to get open plus somebody to learn from. On the basis of his one year deal I say go for it. Trade a mid (3rd 4th) to a low round pick to the Bills and bring TO to the fins!

It's worth so much more keeping The Tuna than it would signing TO for a quick fix.. Thankfully Ross, unlike Jerry Jones is not a football operations buttinski

Are you serious? TO is done in the NFL.. At this point, whoever signs him, will be signing a FA bust

I would love to trade for one of the big guys out there like TO, FItz, Bolden etc.... but I would really really love to find this WR via the draft, hopefully a diamond in the rough at a good value and let them be a dolphin from day 1 and hopefully play their entire NFL career with us.

Hold up guys I am not a supporter of T.O. Period. What are the odds of the front office signing him I give it 50:1 against.

But…………………..

T.O. doesn't have to be a big time receiver if he played in the Dolphins offense this year. All he has to do is make the safeties respect his side of the field. Henne can throw the ball a long way down field and I look at it from a play action point of view. Ginn has not proven to be a deep threat but has tremendous speed and you have to respect it, Owens has lost a step or two but you know the man is big and runs good clean routs and can cover the middle of the field. If you send them both on deep to mid routes over the middle it opens up tremendous running lanes inside because now you have to respect Owens across the middle and Ginn deep so you freeze a safety and more then likely drop a linebacker into zone coverage.

Lambaste me for saying this but he would improve the team and he would benefit the running game as much as the passing game. Age is always a concern on investment and he obviously isn’t a long term solution but he would help with the development of Henne in terms of a big target on 3rd downs and in the endzone.

If you could take him from the Bills at bargain basement prices I say try it out.

I think the coaching staff could hush up the locker room distractions he may or may not bring. I think Owens is a man who knows he is on his last chance and needs to blend now instead of being his ego driven self. I think he knows he has to behave and play the roll he is given and not the one he wants because time and chances are not on his side anymore.

Call my insane but I think it is worth the risk if you can look past the drawbacks.

Trade a 3rd or 4th to Buffalo? For Terrell Owens? I agree, what about T.O?

I see you just joined, hopefully everyone here will take that into consideration before nominating you for ridiculous thread of the year. Plus, didn't you pretty much answer your own question in the 1st sentence? You said why not bring T.O. here, but I doubt Parcelss would have him on his team....

Your kidding right? No one wants this bum, we had our chance and the only team that wanted him was Buffalo. I don't care what Drew Rousenaus said, there was no 10 teams that wanted him. I think Buffalo would have been one of his last choices if that was the case.

why would you want a team cancer on the dolphins?
maybe if he was puttin up huge numbers while cancering teams i would consider.
but why would any team want a guy that single handedly ruins teams?
his days of being worth something are over.

I understand this argument and of course his past actions speak loud but I think the man is beat down right now and would be perfectly content to be on a team that isn't in the running for the first round draft pick.

I think he would actually behave and I also think you can get him well below his worth.

With that said I don't think I am for or against. It wouldn't hurt my feelings either way.

I'm not a fan of him at all but I bet he could be had for 5/6th round pick, they signed him off the street and are not even using him. 4 catches in the first half for 44yards and zero throws his way the 2nd half, I never thought they would be so stupid over there but I guess I should have known.

T.Owens at this point in his career just wants to be apart of something special and probably thought Buffalo could launch him into another contract somewhere else the following year.
