What about this guy?

I live 45 min east for San Fran and have watched this team all season. Thier D is really, really good. I can't believe Fangio hasn't even been considered for a head coaching job. He may be the "young Don Shula" we are looking for.
 
Their defense has been exceptional this year, I am surprised his name hasnt been mentioned either. It is probably because he only has one year of DC under his belt with San Fran
 
Good mind. But alot of that is the Willis affect.

Not all of it, but some of it is based of the field general being the best in the NFL

well before fangio the highest rated defense sf had with willis was 13th with fangio it was 4th so not sure willis is the most important factor
 
I like the way they play defense. I would support Fangio as a candidate.
We have some pretty good talent too.

Agreed. I think our defensive talent is there. If he comes in he can hopelully use what we alreadyhave and focus on offense additions through free agancy and the draft.
 
i would support this hire. the only two worthy guys we got imo are zimmer and philben
