I thought Allen would be signed by today (Sunday) so I'm already wrong in the prediction department. But I have a hard time believing it will last more than a few more days, I think Wednesday by the latest. I would bet the Dolphins up the guaranteed money to about 8.75 and Allen signs that deal.
