Look I proudly support Incognito, I feel Martin was hearing a lot of trash talk, for his failure at blocking and protection. I read it on here, all before this ever happened, wasted pick.

The Dolphins should have cut him (Martin) he's not made for the NFL, oh but wait, we will sue for wrongful termination, or wait wrongful cut-mination ? Is that even a word? I am playing here, but man you don't take this public.

That's why a sport is not a "real" job.

With what I know as of right now. I think this does look like some kind of setup to get a hostile work environment lawsuit out of the organization.

At best I see Martin as a second string tackle that can play both sides just ok. If he pulls this off he could get a very big payday out of Ross. Much more than me could make actually playing a sport he seems like he wants out of.

Players saying Richie and Martin would always hang out together says it all. You don't hang out socially with someone who is bullying you. Also if Richie was as bad as all the talking heads on TV are trying to portray him as why haven't past teammates come forward.

The timing of it seems fishy. This happens right after he gets shifted to the right side. Then he uses a prank that other players say happens all the time as his excuse to walk out.

Also checking yourself into a hospital seems like something a lawyer would tell you to do and not a natural reaction.

So unless some new evidence, other than a taken out of context voicemail, comes out I'm not buying Martin's story.

It does. And while it seems apparent that Martin came here with some mental health issues to begin with, when he cracked, and made that phone call to his parents, they got the lawyer, and decided, well the best thing is to go right to rehab, so that it doesn't look like job abandonment. Otherwise, Martin would have to pay a lot of money back to the Dolphins. So some things, I think yes, are money-driven.

And while it appears premeditated on it's face, with Martin saving vm's and texts,...that may not be the case at all. According to Tanny, just a week before they were fast friends. Yet the vm was from months ago. And there's Hartline's testimony that Martin played the vm and laughed about it. Let me tell you, there is more than one reason to keep vm's and texts. It could be for evidence sure, but it also could be because of affection for the other person. I know for myself, there's a few people I like very much that I locked my texts on, so that I could keep them. And this could have even gone beyond friendship for Martin, into some sort of bromance.

Guys, have you all lost your mind......?

All of this should be non news and I'm being serious.

It's absolutely insane that people outside of football, whom have never been in a football locker room really view this as a "true" bullying case.

It is not....!

I do not know either player, but based on the facts, both of Martin's parents are graduates of Harvard, probably lawyers, and the Dolphins will probably be sued over a non-issue.

Jonathan Martin does not have the mental capacity to play in the NFL and is not emotional mature to handle the sheer brutality of the sport and he's now trying to blame Richie Incognito for losing it emotionally for leaving? Look the NFL is not for everyone, let Jonathan Martin walk.

The NFL is now being emasculated into a a flag football league and it sickens me.

Imagine if today Jimmy Johnson said, hey the asthma field is over there and cutting a player right there on the spot today.

Back in 1950, more than 80 percent of all men in the United States had jobs. Today, less than 65 percent of all men in the United States have jobs.

The United States has the highest incarceration rate on the entire globe by a very wide margin. Overall, the U.S. has approximately 25 percent of the entire global prison population even though it only has 5 percent of the total global population. Men make up the vast majority of those that we are holding in our prisons. Is this not hard to believe?

According to the Pew Research Center, only 51 percent of all American adults are currently married. Back in 1960, 72 percent of all adults in the United States were married.

Players suing the league....?

In the old days, the NFL was simply a part time job, now its become a over-paid full time job with whinny cry babies like Martin?

Give me a break! But, what the hell is going on with our society?

I agree with your post, it also seems like a total set-up by J. Martin's Havard Lawyer parents and his agent. Of course everyone who has a grudge against anyone in the dolphin organization (Ross, Ireland, Philbin, Turner or any players remotely involved Pouncy) will use this as a launching point. It's a joke and people are running with it big time I had to turn off WIOD this morning because I thought the JETS were behind the mic. FYI Joe Rose was NOT on the air it was the JETS fan. (I wish I knew his name)

I'm on team This Entire Thing is ****ing Stupid and Blown Out of Proportion. It's quite clear Martin had issues and Richie went overboard but that's where it should end.

This absolutely fascinates the hell out of me. I think ALL of the following statements are true.

1) The INTENT of "toughening up Martin" was good. The manner in which it was handled was poor.
2) Richie Incognito was way over the line in how he tried to do so.
3) The vast majority of football players in today's NFL would have popped Incognito in the mouth.
4) Martin is not one of those players, and he had every right to react the way he did. It's just that nobody ever took this path, to this extreme before.
5) Martin will never, ever live this down, and will be viewed as a "whistle blower" who is a poor teammate.

At this point in time I am on the Jonathan Martin is a Big F'n P#$^ and doesn't belong in the NFL team.

NOTE: Im all about the facts and as such reserve the right to change my opinion is FACTS are presented.

I am team Fins!! Could care less about this drama. If I wanted to be a part of this ****, I would watch a soap opera. #FINSUP

They are both rich and I know neither of them. With that being said I guess I'm with whomever is the victim in the end. I can't say I know who that is right now.

The fans are the victim now, to have to deal with this crap, instead of watching our Fins play football!!!
