I put neutral. I just think Incognito took it too far. Just tone it down a notch man! I get what he was trying to do but he was doin too much. You can still toughen him up without all the racial stuff, the threats etc. Martin is soft but Incognito def went too far IMO

I'm disappointed that the coaches don't have as deep a handle on leading, motivating and guiding these young players as I would have hoped. I can't imagine how hard it is to lead baby millionaires that live their days in an environment as diversified as an NFL locker room. Miami has lacked a bit of class from Ross, to Ireland, on down. Philbin seems pretty good on the surface but he is a long way from "in the pocket" on all he does.

I wasn't trying to be sarcastic with that, it just seems that both players are at fault for something, and a fans loyalty is to the team. I know that everyone has their favorite players, I get it, Revis was my favorite guy, but im not switching teams because he left. All of you need to just step back and support the team, and each other.

Just stating my fan opinion, take away the Jets and Dolphins, this is a fans point of view. I went through this stuff with the Jets, maybe not as detailed as a player vs player issue, but with a crazy coach. You guys will get through this, hell, this may even draw the team together, but at the same time it could break them apart. But i also hate that people start coming out of the wood work and bring up so much crap that is minor, but the timing makes it 100 times worse. I just dont see how people are taking either players side, ones a wuss, the other is a known idiot. They need to cut ties with both players, move on and focus on the rest of the season.

You're closer to the dirtiest player in the league and a guy who likes to sexually harass women? It seems like Richie didn't do anything out of the ordinary, but I'm not so sure. Yes Martin was passive aggressive about it, taking it in and then later coming out of nowhere and crying for harassment. Yes, martin seems to show mental issues, but on the same token, Richie is a scumbag too so why would it be too much to think that Richie didn't go too far or further than other players do with hazing or harassing? Just because the other dolphins players thought they were friends, doesn't mean that richie didn't say stuff to martin when just him and martin and the other teammates didn't know or hear. This richie guy has shown to not be a classy guy, actually more like the opposite, so why would it be hard to think he hasn't taken things too far with Martin, since he doesn't have the morals or recognition to realize things weren't too far with the woman at the charity golf event. Yeah, she probably is doing it for attention or making it up, etc, that's what others say or you know pro athletes get the pass on this stuff. But maybe and probably this is true and there was a complaint before, but it was local news, but this sexual harassment thing got national media attention now, because of the bullying scandal here and attention richie has on him, so the national media picks up on previous dirt. This isn't Barry Sanders here. If this was the case, then I would have much stronger doubts of bullying gone to far, but considering the perpertrator (Richie) and his shown character or lack of character, I'm more likely to think there's more harassment than let on. Not to say Martin is innocent as he's an idiot too. I'm on neither team. It sucks fins lost two ol starters, but I'm glad both are off the team. It's a little disturbing for people to take sides instead of not liking either guys and people siding with a guy who does this stuff.

Yes they need to cut ties with both players and glad those guys are off the team. It sucks to lose starters on the ol, but neither was that good and both are no good for the team.
