I believe it is the national telecast except the Baltimore and Jacksonville market.

Miami - NY is the 4:15 game everywhere but a strip that goes from Orlando to Savannah and the metropolitan Baltimore area. If the Orlando station has any sense they'll petition the league to let them show the Fins game, too.
