What Broncos fans think of Mike McCoy

Broncos fans also think Tebow is awesome, if they think McCoy was holding the offence back I'll sit back and watch until they figure out that Tebow is the problem.

You are right.

This coaching search situation is like watching an episode of Benny Hill.

Benny(Ireland) just keeps slapping the bald guys(Ross) head. (Insert the theme yackity sax)
 
I looked for reasons to LIKE this move, but the dislike for McCoy on that board is overwhelming.
 
Nub, I think u find any reason to like anyone Miami is interested in. We bash for a reason while u do the opposite. U were a Moronoo fan last year during the coaching search, I guess we were right that he was garbage yet u thought he was good. Did u see mccoys play calls? If he isn't Hennings son he is definitely his nephew or brother or even adopted by him. Vs the steelers Beoncos ran a run play 23 consecutive times on 1st down. R u ****tinf me? That isn't Henning I don't know what it is ... This regime is a fail bx they don't want men with balls they want idiots who say yes.
 
You know that Ireland wants a Head Coach who will bow to his every whim and not say a thing. Little Jeffy wants and needs a yes man who he can dictate to. It will feed his ultra large ego.
 
Lol, the opinions of fans who see Tebow and think he's better than Elway?

Don't know how good McCoy is as it's hard to attach any success or failure directly to him...but Broncos fans have to be some of the most homer ignorant fans around.

After all the atrocious Tebow games they'd blame McCoy as if he was the reason Tebow can't pass worth ****.

i had high hopes and positive thinking through this whole hiring process until this bag pile of **** popped out of my laptop when i went to finheaven this evening.

as a fan, i feel betrayed yet again.

Some of the posts there are dumb. They think that McCoy is the reason that team is a stone age run first offense? That team is a stone age run first offense because John Fox is the coach and that is Foxball. That is 100% on the head coach. McCoy has coached under different HCs and he was NOT running a stone age read option deal. He was running an offense for John Fox with Tim Tebow at QB. That's a huge factor in how he schemes and calls plays.

As I said in another thread, I watched almost a dozen Broncos games this season and what I saw was a team that got better in the second half after trying a lot of different stuff and then tried to exploit what the defense was giving them. He dialed up a lot of deep pass plays, Tebow just couldn't hit them. The pass attempts don't tell the whole story, either. They called a lot of pass plays where Tebow either held the ball too long and ate a sack, or decided to just take off with the ball.
