What can I expect to pay at the stadium ?

We will be in a Miami to attend the Texans game. It’s a long ways from South Dakota and will be our first Game .
can anyone share hat we should expect to pay for food and drinks?
on SirusXm Nfl I heard a fan say at a game in Cleveland hot dogs and beers were over. $200.00

My son just went to the Bills game and he and his girlfriend spent about $100. Just depends on how much you drink. I will tell you this, he got burnt to a crisp. Bring sunscreen or put it on before. If you sit on the visitors side it’s brutal. Have fun! Go phins!
 
Food and drinks are expensive. I believe a Bud costs me about $8 a couple of years ago and food is not any cheaper.

Not sure what the prices are like now but eat somewhere before the game if you can.
 
It is expensive compared to everywhere else. They have cheap food options like chicken tenders and fries for like 10 to 15 bucks and more expensive foods. All the drinks are expensive.

Not sure whom hosts the local tailgates but it's a good idea to pay to join a local tailgate and eat/drink before you go in. Then buy a couple beers while you are watching, save a bunch of money and party with other local fans!
 
Them, some of you guys go there to drink beer and maybe watch the game......lol
As far as food, even at home I have to be done eating before the game starts.....I always worry that the Dolphins will make me lose my appetite.
So eat before you get there and bring a few bottles of cold water with you. No need to drink beer. You can do that at a bar
 
Last year I splurged and got a Shula burger and a Bud Light. Then after a couple more Bud Lights I just pretended I was rich.

I'll be at the same Texans game this year likely doing the same thing

Same here.... All my eating is consumed in the parking lot. Too nervous to be eating during the game. It's sickness, I know.

Heh, we went to Hawaii earlier this year and everything was so ridiculously expensive you kind of just go into monopoly money mentality like you said.
 
Any advice on tailgating before this Sunday’s game?

My old man and I are flying down today. We’d like to get the stadium early on Sunday and hang out drinking beer/eating before going into the stadium. But the last time I went to Miami for a game I was like 14 in 2007 so I don’t have much experience with that kind of thing.
