We need Zach and JT to take on this type of leadership role as well. They are the leaders of this team and as such need to be more vocal. JR is in his first game and he is barking out at the Oline showing emotion which IMO is great we lack leadership which is why JR was brought here in the first place. IMO Jeno James is the vet who started on a team that went to the SB and he needs to step up his play and be more of a vocal leader. What happened to him??? I remember reading about how he was vocal last offseason in camps. Cmon Jeno step up and show you are worth the contract you signed.

Yeah, guys certainly stepped it up for him. Loved that fiery italian! #13 had a swagger and a look that made you want to play better. You don't see that in any of our quarterbacks now....it would be nice if Ricky could get that out of the line.

Nice pic of Crowder with the face mask. Personally I would find a bone crushing hit . Since that would be a penalty added on top of the end of the run. But it was still kind of neat . I wonder if that back still had a head going back into his huddle.

yeah and I also remember a couple of times where Dan grabbed a linemans face mask because he wanted better blocking out of certain guys.
