Good performances during preseason against 3rd and fodder stringers. At least if you compare Brady's Rookie Season to Feeley's current season. The reason I have bothered to go through this trouble is because many people are pooh-poohing Aj's success because it has come against 3rd or worse stringers. While I in no way think AJ is a Tom Brady, I just wanted to point out the fact that before he was a starter, he had to play against third stringers, and he did about the same as AJ. (I would almost compare Brock and Brady, but we have only seen brock for two games, aw, heck, I'll throw brock's statistics up here too.)

So in essence, I don't care what his competetion is, he is playing the way he has to, and he is taking what is given.

Oh and sorry about starting yet another feeley thread, but at least I put some effort into this one and not just an opinion!:D

A look at Brady's Rookie preseason statistics.

I am going to go out on a limb here... if AJ brings us 3 Super Bowl rings, I think people around here will start to cut him some slack.

yeah, but only if he throws 50 touchdowns. I think people who hated ricky will be quicker to forgive and love Ricky than the people who hate AJ.

What do Feeley and Brady have in common?

They both got hot girlfriends....

One uses his head before throwing the ball........and the other one doesn't....oh sorry....that's not a 'commonality' wrong thread :)

And you knew this about Brady before he made his first start? NO
Feeley has played smart this preseason. He hasn't forced any throws and he has taken what the defense gives him, even if they are short yardage throws (which he has also been criticized for).
Give me a break.

Yeah, I'll tell you what WildBill, get back to me when Feeley plays well against first stringers, and more importantly in games that matter.

I'm all for playing both of them to figure out who is better, I'm not convinced either one is any good.

Are they both current card holders of the hidden romantic getaway Club Gilligan?
