What do Jerry Jones comments say about Marc Colombo?

colombos trash...yeah he's one of 53 but he's one of a starting 22 and he's protecting your qb on an island for the most part from guys who want to make your qb eat his meals thru a straw...

penthos mullets too tight on his dome so he's having a problem thinking straight... i guess...its a big deal a very big deal when this version of colombo is starting for you at tackle...just a matter of time before everyone sees it

Dude, say what you want about the fins, the mullet is off limits.

I don't disagree that it's sucky having Colombo as the starting RT but he WILL get help on the right side. And while he certainly can't overcome is physical limitations, he might, MIGHT, be able to improve by making fewer mental mistakes.

Again, I understand RT is an important position, but I don't believe Marc Colombo will make or break our season, I just don't.

i tried to become an arm chair scout myself. i didnt much enjoy it so i wont do it again. . . but i went through 2 preseason games carolina and tampa. and honestly colombo was NOT the weakest link. Carey whiffed much more against tampa than colombo, and it was ussually carey's guy who pushed henne out of the pocket or collapsed it, allowing for too much time and then colombos guy getting a hand on henne. Etc. also - i think the kid will be a good player for us but Pouncey whiffed on run blocking a few times.

honestly omar HATES colombo but colombo, while not a superstar, is not that huge of an issue. he isnt fast nemore and jerry was saying that they got better with the running game now, but they also got rid of other guys and upgraded other spots too. give it some time.

I am not saying Colombu is great or good or anything. But Colombo didn't miss his responsibilities as much as many seem to be complaining about on here.

There's what arm chair QB'S think he was supposed to do, and what his actual assignment was.

yeah, ive been rewatching preseason games from the $5 i spent buying the gamepass on NFL.com. Columbo has not been that bad at all. I mean, it has come down like 3 or 4 bad plays really. But most times I have seen him manhandle his guy. When his guy goes outside him on speed rush, henne steps into pocket anyways.

Columbo has long arms and is strong. Stiff? yes. Slow? yes, but he is still quick enough to get his mits on people.

Tip: you're complaining about other people's opinions without insight, while giving a different opinion without insight.

The talk of how bad columbo is started long before the preseason games. It started with Omar and the wolfpack right after they could no longer talk about henne in the same light and get away with it.

So talking about watching something before you dis someone else's opinions is laughable. This crap started with media and fans early.

But back to Jerry Jones. So everyone who badmouths columbo, did you say the same about davis? gurode? Jerry wasnt just talkin columbo, he was talking these guys as well cus they dont play for them anymore. So all this crap is just that. You dont like columbo? so what? he is just the next guy in line as far as i am concerned with the woflpack.
