"What do Miami Dolphins fans have to whine about now?"-Omar Kelly

So Omar writes a column strengthening the glass half full peoples' stance on the team (who also bully others for being critical of the team) and some of them still trash him........

Omar, so you find it odd that a fans from a team that hasn´t won a playoff game since "forever", whine a lot?? What´d you expect, naked hippies singing kumbaya around a campfire mf´er????

I don't see the Dolphins doing much next year as far as playoffs go. We IMO will prob be around a .500 team give or take. The next year I expect big things with cap space, drafting for BPA, and the coaching staff having been here for a year. It kind of actually feels good for once going into the season with low expectations. I feel there is a huge bright future in the works and I would 100% not root against us if we did better than .500 and made the playoff and won the suberbowl ;)

It's a pretty soft schedule in my opinion outside of NE and maybe Houston; I don't really see any games besides those 2 that we can't/ don't have decent odds to win, that includes SF who i think we match up decent with.

I´m gonna get blasted for this, but I´m with you MFish, Pound for Pound, we can get dirty with anybody in our schedule, excluding the two you mention...although expect a low scoring game against Hou (with A.
Foster´s permission)...With veterans like Dansby, Starks, and Long on this team, we won´t be anybodýs matress!!

Also do not forget that every year a team who had a lot of success a prior season has a serious letdown the following year. Last year it was the Eagles, the year before that the vikings and chargers, etc. In my honest opinion we have the two most susceptible targets for 2012 in the 9ers and the Texans.

As long as the franchise tolerates the current atrocity of a stadium, the whining should never cease and is more lowercase than deserved

I like Omar for the most part. I follow him on twitter and read his articles. But man, he's very condescending to his audience. And just seems to criticize people for asking a particular Q, but then a couple hours later, he'll have no problem discussing it in full with someone else. Very temperamental individual. But all that being said, he's very informative. I like him more than Armondo for sure!

My wallet is too small for my 50 dollar bills and my diamond shoes are too tight.

There's a better chance that the Dolphins win the Super Bowl this year than there is for the team to get a new stadium in the near future. Ross isn't going to pay for it and I'd love to see the politician that's going to have the audacity to stick his neck out and call for public financing of yet another stadium in So Fla. It didn't turn out too well for the last politicians that tried that.

As I'm sure has been said, as long as we have Omar we'll always have something to whine about. I honestly despise that SOB. There are so many incompetent wannabe journalists in the world, but few as grossly incompetent and gratingly delusional as he is.

Also, we haven't won anything yet. The whole ****ing point is winning. As much as I, more than anyone, am happy that we made a serious attempt to fill the QB position that mentality that everything is completely solved is very dangerous and irresponsible.
