Sorry for the bad understanding, when u say "completely untouchable", u mean nobody would defeat them?
If that's it,I agree with ya

Ya, as I was typing I started thinking...they're pretty much untouchable already

I'm just curious to know what we're all looking for here, what would make you happy as a fan of the Fins.

id like to see all of our QBs given a fair shake at this .... we're rated up there in yds passing. i dotn expect miracles from these guys. marino didnt start until the 6th game of the 83 season so i think itll take time before we gel with whoever it is QBing this offense.

I want a QB who will win us another Superbowl before I go to the Aqua and Orange heaven upstairs.

They were, we have to see now if they can keep it up even with their staff losses, hope not
But that's it..Marino would destroy if placed in some teams..IMOthese past patriots teams would go undefeated with him at helm..now,back to life, he was ours :D

I also cannot believe how many of you say a Brady type if you could have another Marino type.

THE REASON BRADY HAS 3 RINGS IS THAT HE HAD GREAT TEAMS W/ HIM!!!

Don't diss Dan just b/c brady has rings. Just ask yourself this question...If my life depended on Miami winning the next game, do I want Marino or Brady (in their prime) in the game for me.

My choice would be Marino.

Haven't seen anyone dissing Dan. You are definitely underestimating Brady. You have to give the man his due. He makes very few mistakes.

It was early in the thread...but they are still doing it in the poll anyways.

I am not saying that Brady is not good. I'm saying that in their prime, I still take Marino to start the franchise.

I would like to Dolphins to get a QB that can scramle\run if needed. That adds a whole new dimension.

I want a Daunte culpepper type. A guy who can throw it long, run if he has to, and pretend to run and stop and throw and get a first down. and QB sneak it for a first down or TD at the goaline.

Great idea. I don't care who it is as long as they are consistant.
Consistently good? Consistently bad? Consistently playing safe? Consistently not losing? What?

2/3 choices are HOF, Qb's, I would take anything close to them. I would like a Qb who the offensive gameplan does not need to be held back for,say Bledsoe who couldn't run all of the plays Mularkey wanted to run, unlike Losman who has some mobility. A guy who isn't a liability, but is an asset to the team. Here's the most important thing to me, a guy who won't be looking over his shoulder because he know's he is a starting caliber QB, unlike anyone on the roster, IMO. It does not matter where ya get him, but if a team will not be successful, IMO, with a QB like Dilfer was now in the league. Brad Johnson is the other name brought up with Dilfer, but I believe he had a pro-bowl year when they won the SB.

4 picks against the dolphins on monday night last season ;)

with feeley and frerotte we will get someone who will get short plays and have long slow drives. last year we had fiedler who was only good on the long ball so we had fast drives which stop because of the failure to throw the short pass. last year feeleys longest pass was 53 yards. last year fiedlers was +70. last year sage rosenfels longest pass was+ 70 yds. that shows how inafective feeley is on the long ball
