I don't buy it. Not one bit.

I've been a Miami Dolphins guy since 1977. Inherited them from my father. Grew up worshipping Don Strock.

Folks can say what they will about Suh, Tannehill, etc. Yeah, the O line and secondary are hurting. Bad.

But these guys don't suck this hard, and we all know it. There is another thread here about guys sandbagging due to a piss poor coaching staff. And I don't doubt it, not one bit.

But will Ross or Tannenbaum really have the stones to axe Philbin? Or at least force his hand to waste Coyle?

I believe that's the key. The entire organization is gutless. Front office, coaching staff, and players.

But the players can quickly be fixed, as they were in 2008. The talent is there, say what you will. But they'll never perform for the coaches they have.

So. Will the brass have the stones to dump the staff?

I think so. Jags game looking like a blessing in disguise. If you pull that out and go 2-2 into the bye, it's hard to justify a firing. Hell Ross has accepted 500 football for three years now.

With the unlikely jags loss in the mix you are now looking at 1-3 heading into the bye and what looks to be a justifiable and perfect time for a head coaching change.

I'll cross my fingers!

The jets will blow us out next week in London. In fact, this anemic staff should do the team it's only justice and seek out the nearest trauma center near Wembley because Tanny's gonna need it.

I don't know if they're sandbagging but it's obvious that the guys on defense simply don't want to make tackles. That first touchdown was unbelievable. Nobody wanted to tackle Clay.

It's real because the qb is done, and when that happens it is over when you coonsider everything else, poor roster, poor money decisions, poor performances, poor scoring, 4th yr. It's over because there is no hope. It does not matter what happens next week. Garbage qb has sealed his own career and coaches' fate.

I think Joe will be fired Week Five after the team gets back from England.

Why wait until next week? The NFL is expecting a competitive game. The fins are going to squat another turd on a world televised game?
I bet the league is talking to Ross.

I hope he's gone first thing tomorrow morning. I just don't see it happening. They'll wait til after the s*** show next week.
