What do you guys think of Henne after his third start?

I am a Henne supporter and besides a few delay of game calls which fall directly on him (one big one in the 4th qtr), IMO he stayed in the pocket and made some gutsy throws.

The last pick of the game was pretty much garbage as it was a desperation throw and the one that ginn let go through his hands that ended up as a pick 6 was just retarded.

He didn't have a spectacular game stats wise but he didn't lose the game for us either. I thought for his THIRD start against a good team like the saints, he showed good poise and I don't have any complaints.

Well other than he looks like a pissed off eric cartman with his helmet. WTF is up with that helmet??

You mean Henne's third start.

And he did fine. One of the INT's wasn't his fault. He looked poised, but when you are under that much pressure like he was today, no QB in the NFL could succeed. Just a bad game considering what was up against him. He'll do better next game, and he is still the franchise QB.

All he is supposed to be right now is a game manager. He hasn't made any mistakes before this game, he's completing 70% of his passes before today, he's done well. Just a bad game.

I like that unlike Sanchez, when things are not going good, he doesn't sulk on the sideline like a 5yr old. He looks like a gamer, is accurate, calm in the pocket, and makes the passes when he has to. Its just to bad Ginn is dropping them or bobbling them up in the air.

He looked like a young QB making his third NFL start. I agree with the INTs. Ginn should have caught that pass, instead he chose to play volleyball with it. The last one was a desperation pass. Whenever we put 34 points on the board, that should be enough. The defense (as in the Colts game) couldn't make plays when they needed to.

He was ok considering all the drops. He's going to struggle at times until he gets used to playing with the big boys. However until we get a Quality pass catching TE and #1 WR he's going to be handicapped.

Ooops I meant third start. My mind is still spinning from all the BS in the second half.

I have no complaints. I love how he doesn't panic with the pocket collapsing around him. Made a few mistakes, but did not cost us the game. At the end, if those passes aren't dropped, I'm confident he would have put us in a position to win.

He's gonna be a good quarterback I feel sorry for him for not having any good weapons at WR or TE

I actually was feeling pretty good on that last drive. Henne was poised, scanning his wideouts and checking down. It was his teammates that let him down. It wasn't his o-line. I thought they did really well.

Then the refs let us down on a borderline call. Very borderline. Not a last minute pass interference. Rather a VERY subjective call while camarillo was going down and being hit?

Regardless, no one play hurt the team but rather a 30 minute bloopers reel they will be seeing this week no doubt at practice.

No complaints here. He did what he could today. Not his fault his O-Line couldn't block or his receivers couldn't catch.

We will be getting a FA WR this offseason. He needs a decent WR that he can really count on besides our possesion WR.

He looked fine. Regardless of how he plays I hope you guys realize the trifecta isn't going to look elsewhere for QB.

He's going to be our QB of the future. Despite how he plays or not.

We will be getting a FA WR this offseason. Bank of that.

I hope you're right. There's a ton of great WRs and I just hope one of them slip to us.

Even the ever so great Miles Austin is a FA if I'm not mistaken.

You're going to put that on the o-line?? I thought they had a pretty good game especially in the run but held up against the multitude of blitzes the saints ran all day.
