What do you hope to see tonight against the Falcons?

honestly i just want henne to play well so i dont have to hear crap about it tomoroow on whineheaven.. just keep it in perspective it is the first preseason game.
 
I want to see Henne go down the field and finish 5-6 with 70yds and a TD. I want the first team D to completely shut down the Falcons O. I get to watch it since its on here in Atlanta. If Sparano was going to play his starters longer I would make the trek down to the GA Dome and watch it live.

lol, ahh thats vanilla word again, same old ****. GTFO here with that nonsense, we need to get ready for the season, we had training camp cut in half, and your telling me we are going vanilla worrying about some scrubs for backups? lol, comedy.

This is the most important thing, that's for sure!

Realize that our defense is going to be all one on one coverage so the coaching staff can evaluate. If they score or not has nothing to do with how good or bad our defense is. Same goes for our offense, we're not going to get any exotic blitzes or zone coverage schemes. We can't judge our offense if they score a TD or not.

I just want to see them healthy but play competitivly
 
several things i wanna see today, reggie bush get some nice runs in. Daniel thomas get a few carries, pouncey in action, henne make some accurate throws, and see our defense shut the falcons O down.

Unfortunately I'm afraid that's exactly what your going to see because we have to make cuts on a shortened schedule. You want to do you best in making sure you cut the right players who will be backing up our starters so they'll need to look long and hard to evaluate them quickly. I'd expect to see Henne direct 2 drives and our first team defense out there for perhaps 3 Falcon drives, My hope would be to see our Defense stop the Falcons and look very strong in doing so and for Henne to be accurate and decisive with his passing. I don't really care if we score or not, just show me we can move the chains down the field and I would be happy and of course everyone to come out of it heathy.
 
I want to see the "new" offense, and how Henne plays with a new OC. Im dying to see D.Thomas and Bush and all the packages for each. Im worried about the Oline especially with Long out, but I hope we find the perfect line up. The TE position is also a huge concern for me, and im hoping Brackett steps up and take over as our #1 TE. Gates and R.Wallace also are some palyers im keeping an eye out for. The D is very interesting and I cant wait to see the Dline and the sick rotation we will have, consistent pressure on QBs. The LBs mainly JT and Burnett. And who will end up as our starting FS.
 
swarming defense. i want to see who steps up out of the young guys. i want our O and D to run...show that we are in shape. i'd like to see explosion out of the O but i dont think we will see that until week 2/3 of preseason.

right cause work for the miami dolphins staff and know exactly what there going to do right? lol put a sock in it.
 
I do not really care if the offense is going to be vanilla. I pretty much expect that, with a new offensive coordinator who brought his own playbook.

1. First and foremost, I want to see our offensive line create holes, and pass protect well.
2. I want to see successful execution of the base plays, just to see the players on the same page is enough for me at this point.
3. I want to see our QBs play with consistency, and throw with accuracy.
4. I want to see our young WRs (Gates, Moore, and Wallace) shine.
5. I want to see our RBs average 4+ ypc.
6. And last, but not least, I EXPECT to see our Defense just SHUT $#!t DOWN!
 
im very interested in the young guys. Pouncey, thomas gates clay and jimmy wilson. Im also interested in who is going to start and play FS. Jones seems to be pulling ahead of clemons slightly. Also even if the offense is vanilla i want to see good execution of that vanilla. And most important i want to see no injuries.
