Quincy Carter? I wouldn't have minded had we obtained him last year (before the failed drug test). I think he's got a good arm and he's mobile. Yes he comes with a checkered past but he's someone to keep an eye on especially since he'll be a free agent at the end of the year.

He is at the position he deserves to be at, the backup QB spot. But, now he has been elevated to starter in New York. I don't want him here.
