What do you think of Ikaika Alama-Francis?

no expectations here. i wasn't real impressed with him coming out of college - the lions in the 2nd round made perfect sense. this is another guy i saw as a 4-3 DE - but i said the same thing about roth - so there you go.

Not just stealing snaps from Anderson, but hopefully it will allow the team to CUT Charlie Anderson.
 
as I said in another threak, I loved IAF coming out of college, and actually had us drafting him in one of my final mock drafts. He was drafted by the Lions, and as much as players love Rod Marinelli, he was in way over his head. He had IAF gain weight to play as a DT in his Tampa 2 defense.

If he works out awesome, if not oh well. Andre Goodman was considered a Detroit Lion reject, and we got 3 productive years out of him.
 
i'd assume that misi and him would split time, misi would see a lot of pass coverage and IAF would be more run situations getting best of both worlds
