we would have signed Plaxico Burress in the offseason? I was hoping that we would have been able to sign him (even though I knew it was a longshot). The guy is such a dangerous threat in the red zone. D's wouldn't be able to cover both McMike and Burress. I know the guy comes with baggage but I think he would have fit in well here. Oh well, it doesn't matter now. Just starting up a conversation on a Dolphinless football weekend.

If price werent a factor, Plax would've been a real good addition to this team. Another tall, speedy weapon for Gus to throw to cant be a bad thing (unless he has an attitude like TO's, which just makes you want to smack the guy).

Yeah, We sure need yet another overpaid WR who can't catch the ball when it hits his hands or chest.

I've never been a fan of Plexiglass, and I am very pleased that we did not sign him.
He has and will always be an underachiever. I have friends that are die-hard Steelers fans, and they couldn't have cared less that he was going to leave.

Here we go again with the IF's. If my grandmother had wheels she'd be a bicycle.

I think our WR are dangerous the way they are, just remember we have very skilled guys like Randy, Ronnie, Wes and even Jason Taylor to help Chris and Marty.

:rofl3: :rofl3: :rofl3: POST OF THE WEEK!!!:rofl3: :rofl3: :rofl3:

Burress should be called for offensive pass interferance basically every time he catches the ball. I've seen him basically tackle the corner, but nothing is called it's ridiculous. He's a pretty good player, and is a good player to have in the red zone because of his size, but a guy who was available but has huge off the field baggage was available in Koren Robinson who would've helped, and I think he'd be the number 3 wideout on the team right now. BTW when is baggage such a concern, with David Boston and Ricky on the team?

How would our o look if we signed peyton manning, michael vick, terrel owens, randy moss, and bob marley??

it would be great, dolphins win on a bob marley .5yd run for a TD

If if and buts were candy and nuts, We'd have christmas everyday..

We have decent talent in the O except for QB and LT...Booker left a few guys in his wake a few weeks ago when Gus actually hit him somewhat in stride ?? Our problem is not WR, TE or RB...it's QB...
