What do you want from the new regime.......

Someone who will bring in defensive talent and someone who won't call stupid offensive plays. Oh yeah...and someone who will bring in a QB to challenge Tannehill.
 
Now that pop-ups are done, a deep threat pro style offense that attacks all areas of the field that gives qb options to change plays at the line of scrimmage
 
An ability to scout and draft talent, and use it. An ability to hire the right people for the right job. A viable plan to construct an elite, competitive football team.

Multiple super bowl wins and an end to the Patriots stranglehold in our division.
 
I still like Campbell,

I want to see a better QB brought in & given a legitimate chance to win the starting job.

I'd like to see T-bomb GONE.

I'd like to see them resign Matthews and focus on getting better position coaches and QUALITY CONTROL COACHES
 
Power running game!! A middle lb with great instincts. An offensive coordinator with a real offensive. Not a horizontal offense like Lazors. A smart team! We are a dumb football team now.
 
I'd like to see a NFL quality professional organization from top to bottom. It will start with a top quality nfl coach that has the pedigree and balls to call the shots. I'm afraid we will only get yes men with current ownership so I'm looking for a successfull football czar to join and make the hires. Dan seems passionate but we ain't winning with him at helm.
 
A new ****ing owner...A new OC that allows a QB to adjust pre snap...The average human uses 10%of the brain so a FS that uses 6%or better then our norm of 2 % or less....Depth.

Is this to much.
 
Move to Saskatchewan. Hire Philbin as the anti-motivational speaker. Bring back Snowflake and have Ace Ventura train him to play LB.
 
I want to stop the ****ing zone coverage and a corner opposite Grimes with some balls. Taylor sucks. Said so before the season started...nothing has changed. And get ****ing Aiken off the damn field. That guy shouldn't even be on the field. If he is the best we have at safety, we really are screwed.

As crazy as it sounds FS is our Achilles heel...A good/great FS makes the secondary that much better.
