Interested on your guys initial thoughts on this, obviously it's way early. Apparently this guy is a QB guru and the hottest OC name in the NFL. Are you willing to say that he can get the most out of RT? Confident that he can get the max out of RT? I'm sure opinions will differ but Gase's record with QB's coming in is pretty good and he seems to know what he's doing on the offensive side of the ball. I hope he can help RT reach his potential but after hearing about Philbin and then Lazor I'm a bit skeptical. If this is redundant feel free to move but wanted to talk RT and Gase specifically. Thoughts?!

depends on how he can fix the OL first, and not just in the beginning of the season but after the injury bug hits.

Mike Shanahan would have been the best guy to 'get the most' out of Ryan Tannehill. I think Adam Gase was hired because they think he's the smartest and best guy to be a long-term solution for the entire football team.

I don't think we know what the offense will look like. We're going to fine out week one.

I think both Ross and t-bomb have made it very clear that they are completely behind rt.

Hiring Gase proves that.

I doubt anyone will be brought in to provide serious competition at QB now.

While I'm not excited about the Gase hire, if there is a silver lining, it is that he is perceived as a good QB coach and seems to scheme around what a player does well. If true, this should benefit RT immensely.

Fantastic post. Completely agree.

Good. Use the draft picks and cap space to fill real holes on the team.

Interestingly, it has been said that Gase got the most out of Cutler since Shanahan.

Gase says Tannehill's development will start with him. He needs a guy that has his back. He will work directly with him

New #Dolphins head coach #AdamGase said he will go back and study QB Ryan Tannehill to figure out the best way to make him better in 2016.

Adam Gase is Todd Haley 2.0

He might not be successful, but it will be for different reasons. Haley is notorious for his lack of people skills and feuding with his players. Gase is known for getting along well with his players.

Should be interesting to see if Gase took the job with intentions of Tannehill being his guy or if he is going to be allowed to go out and get his own guy.

I think Gase will obviously work hard with Ryan but he will definitely have an eye on QBs in this draft.

Sounds like he barely knew who Tannehill was other than a couple games. Didn't come across as confident in him.
