By three keys for young players has always been: 1. Confidence in yourself. 2. Confidence of the coaching staff that you know what you're doing. 3. Confidence of your teammates that they can count on you. Once a young player has those three things you no longer look over your shoulder and worry about mistakes. You know if you mess up once or twice your coaches and teammates aren't going to turn their backs on you. The fourth still is respect from your opponents once you get there the sky is the limit.
