What do you think folks? Was this victory just some luck? Does it mean that we can chase for the postseason this year, even considering that we are rebuilding? What do guys say? Ill say that if this team after the Bye Week beat the Chargers, we can SURPRISINGLY fight for a playoffs spot, and that would be SUUUUUUPERB considering that this was to supposed to be just a retooling year.

If we beat SD (Which I think we can if we keep playing like this), then I believe we will chase the playoffs and kick Buff out of the 1st place slot when we play them.

While this was a great win I think we all just need to calm down and not get ahead of ourselves. Hopefully we continue to play well, but even with a great game like todays you can't forget how bad we stunk it up just a week ago.

It means the loss to NYJ is even bigger!!!!!

It means Henne is riding the pines for alot longer.

It means we have a team with lots of potential, so don't expect this week in and week out.

It means Henning can call plays.

It means Ronnie is baaaaaaaaaaaaack.

It means when Pennington is on and has zip on the ball we can compete.

It means the monkey is off this new regimes back.

It means there will be a tonne of stupid 12-4 threads.

It means that we are still a young team with a lot of new players. I think that we are going to look as good as today during some games, and as bad as last week during others...until we grow up as a team.

Either way...I am going to enjoy the victory today! ...as soon as I come out of shock.

:-)

I doubt we make the playoffs.

Don't get ahead of yourself. We won ONE game. We looked PATHETIC last week, and competitive against a mediocre Jets team. I'm as excited about our future as anybody after today. Merling got a sack, I saw Langford plenty today. Great news.

First of all....our secondary has YET to even intersept a pass! Our one interception for the year came from Starks.

The AFC does look alot weaker than expected though, so anything can happen. Bills, Steelers, Broncos win their divsions. Colts/Jags/Titans....who knows what to expect? I see wildcard contenders as Chargers, Colts/Jags/Titans, possibly the Ravens, and Jets. And that's not saying much, because other than the Chargers I haven't been extremely impressed.

It means that the Phins have already surpassed last season's success and are improving.

It means that other teams can't take them as a pushover.

It means the Patsies are beatable.

It means that the Phins FINALLY have a coaching staff that can change things for the better when they aren't going right.

It means that Porter FINALLY backed up his big talk.

It means that the Dolphins are going to be competitive on any given Sunday, something that they weren't last year.

It means that I can wear my Dolphins gear without being totally embarrased.

It means my wife will stop asking my, "Why don't you just pick a different team?"

It means that I have some HOPE of the Phins winning each Sunday.

It means I still have a reason to go watch games and drink beer each Sunday.

It means that the universe is getting back to the way it belongs.

It means that the TUNA has arrived and that the Dolphins have begun to turn things around!

GO PHINS~!

Today it means that we played great and have a lot to celebrate.

Tomorrow it means back to work.

It means that it was one game. Yes it is a huge win and may serve as a turning point that we can reflect back to in a couple of years.

It means that we hope for the future.

It means we finally have the right regime in place.

It means we improved from last year.

It doesn't mean we will be in the playoffs this year so my advice is slow down on that talk. One game at a time. Don't forget how hyped everyone was after preseason. This is a young team and they will have bad games and make mistakes this year. You can't expect them to play this way every week. Not this year.

But today was awesome. A glimpse of things to come.

we can't line ronnie up at QB everytime we need a TD

awesome game though

this season has already surpassed all of last year.

dude we have a good team talent wise its just the fact that we got all these new players and we need to play together which we did today we played like a superbowl team lets just do it consistent

I know everyone is preferring to me, but if we beat SD, I think something special will happen. We were going through confusion everywhere in the Cards game, but if we play them again now, I'm sure it would be close. The Cards have the potential to be a playoffs team, so it's not like we lost to the Rams or KC by that much. I know it would be rough for the first games. I don't think the playoffs are reachable, yet...

I expect to see what we saw in week 2 happen as much as what happened in week 3. This team will show inconsistancy, I would be shocked if they win more than 6 games.

Before today's game I thought we'd win 4, now I think we will win 6 maybe 7.

I like what I see so far though

I knew this would happen. One big win and the site is on Superbowl watch. We can never just be right down the middle...

It means that the fins can get their teeth kicked in one week and get up and compete the next week.
It means that the fins won't be bullied in this division any longer.
It means that the phins can run the ball.
It means Pennington can still be an effective QB
And last but not least it means phins defense is young n nasty!!!!
