I am definitely in the rebuilding camp, however, Manning wouldn't break my heart, but I would rather rebuild with Brandon Weeden, Luke Kuechly,Reggie Nelson,Tracy Porter, and Carl Nicks.

No matter what happens, it's going to be a hard sell that the best they could get out of 31 teams was a pair of 3rd round picks for Marshall. And if there was bad blood, why would they do the guy a favor and send him to a playoff team with the only QB in the world he doesn't dislike?

I don't think you will be rebuilding if you drafted Weeden because of his age. If your going to rebuild, draft someone around the age of 22, not 29.

We're going to be prioritize high character guys, players that can actually win you Championships. Players that make the big time plays when they matter. We got something for Brandon Marshall, which to me is great. We found a taker for his loaded case of baggage.

So to answer the OP. We are building (or for the love God I hope so), building a mentally capable bunch of players that help you win Championships. Not meaningless All-Star Games.
