I unfortunately didn't get a chance to watch a lot of the game.

Pitt is playing at home. I'm glad we made it to the playoffs but our D needs play huge! We need TO and we need stops.

wel we won so thats a great thing. Antonio had 4 for 39 believe it or not.

No I saw the box score, that's my point. Since I didn't see most of the game I'm not sure how the Dolphins were able to do such a good job keeping him in check and was wondering if anyone had insight. What did we do schematically? What about personnel matchups? I believe the defense was healthier then...

Maxwell was all over Brown. My guess is Brown is not that great against a good press corner. Ben was under pressure pretty much all day too.

I second that maxwell balled out against him. I remember at least one deflected pass where he was beat but got a hand on the ball before brown even had a chance. Pretty sure that was the beginning of Maxwell giving a crap and playing very well.

What we did was run Ajayi left, Ajayi right and Ajayi up the middle to keep their offense off the field. Maxwell did have a good game but up there I'm sure they'll be calling him for PI and holding anytime he gets near him

Ozzy rules!!

yea, we won it on defensive pressure. Ben needed the hot tub that night for sure.Max played his best game though too but the pressure was key.

The more I look into the game the more I worry. They didnt have their RT last time we played, so wake was on fire against a backup, then add in that last time Maxwell was playing and did well, this week he sounds doubtful. So that means we might not ger the pressure or have the coverage we had against brown last time, which is what allowed us to contain bell somewhat. I really hope Maxwell can play, and I really hope wake can show up huge in his first ever playoff game.

I'm more curious to see if we will finally stop that hand off to the WR(Hayward Bay) coming across that the took to the house. Oh the exact same play happened again with the same result with the Cardinals handed it off to their WR coming across. Our DEs have been getting killed on not recognizing those things.

you got a big lead which allowed you to play more 2 deep and cover 2

that and you hurt the qb

And that made them get away from Bell. We didn't stop Bell they stopped running

they got away from bell cause they were chasing the scoreboard...and we were running the ball for 200 yards

if we can get big leads we can sit in cover 2 and 2 deep and give the boundarys help and in pitts case they didn't really have a seam tight end in that game that could make us squeeze the safeties

I doubt we will get a big lead sunday

Xavien's hips vs Antonio's hips

that match-up will get ugly REAALLY quick
