the practice bubble is not being built next to stadium. it's being built next to NOVA University, where the dolphins training facilities are located.

I think it's a miniture stadium in preparation for the SB at the end of the year.

I believe it's the "NFL Experience" thing they have along side the SB for the fans. Would love to learn for sure though.
