B+ the RB drafting and lack of WR things took away some points in my book. It could have been a lot worse though. I think we did good with what we had, another draft like this next year and we'll be in real nice shape.
I've got a little mixed feelings on Chad Henne, I have no problem that we drafted him at all, I just wonder if we could have gotten him a little later and tried to get a WR. I think the move shows a little lack of faith in John Beck, but overall I'm still ok with the pick. So yeah bottom line, good draft. Best since Jimmy Johnson.

A solid B. The only knock I have on it is that I wish we would have taken a CB.

A-. I love the emphasis on the line. Now that we have a core of talent, we can focus elsewhere in next year's draft. We also still have options to acquire some people through trades. JT is still twinkle-toeing around as a Fin, but hopefully that will change soon and we can fill a different need with his trade.
I give them a B+ to an A-

A-/B+ I would have liked to have seen them pick up a DB but I don't want to get too worked up without knowing all the facts. Taking two more RB's doesn't bother me I figure they may end up being key contributors on ST's because that is where we lost the season in my opinion. Penalties nullifying several great returns, poor starting field postition and even worse opponent starting position.
Put an extra 5-10 years on our start and take 5-10 off the opponents make a lot of close games very different. Do you think we would have given up all of those 50 yard plus kick to the Texans if they had a little further to go to get them?

i didn't like henne, but we have some young competition there. and what do i know. i'm upset that we keep droping 2nd pick every year but maybe just once it will pay off. percentages.

Henne sure beats the wasted picks on Culpepper & Feeley
