Remember his presser when he was first hired:
"we're going to set the NFL record for scoring."
"we're going to find many ways to use Mike Wallace"
"we're going to be a fast paced offense."

What we got is less than what was promised. I think it has a lot to do with Joe. You see Joe is very conservative just like his mentor Sherman. I think Lazor wants to do a lot of things that Joe won't let him. His hands as they said is been handcuffed thanks to Phil.

I still don't understand why we never tried that fast paced thing we did on the first preseason drive. Play clock was not below 16 seconds when the ball was snapped on that drive.

He realized that Tannehill isn't accurate or consistent enough to throw down field. Had to dumb down his offense to adjust to the strenths (or lack there of) of his QB.

Oline is a big part of it. We sadly cannot sustain blocks to save our life. You cant ignore the job he has done with TH. He is getting the best he can out of what he has.

It goes back further than that. I saw a thread on here the other day where Sherman stated that Tannehill was going to be the most improved QB going into that season. It was the last season he was the OC of course. He was fired after Tannehill was the same QB he was in year 1.

Think we miss Mike Wallace much? How about Clay? Anybody we got now going to get close to that production? No.

He just sucks...im tired of the no check out offense...he belongs in college

Lazors playcalling is mind boggling...we dont run the ball, throw 7 plays in a row from the 2 yard line, no read option (which in the past has worked and kept the d on their heels), he loves to run WR screens, he has receivers running such short routes on 3rd and longs, no audibles, no devante parker, fades inside the 5 yard line....i mean i dont get it

Nfl has figured out the read option...so i get that...but your guard play is so bad you cant run the ball or protect the qb and he calls plays into the teeth of the defense boot legs etc where he doesnt account for people...no tempo no let the qb check out means take you and your bull **** offense and hit the road

Call all those wr screens vs zone from your couch

They got rid of the post player on offense.

Wallace hasn't done dick in Minnesota. He isn't missed.

a hidden plus to Wallace is that the defense has to respect his deep threat. we no longer have that, Stills blows so far...btw Bridgewater keeps missing Wallace to
