What happened this year?

We had no depth...thanks to Wanny and Speil.
We had limited draft picks the past 2 yrs. thanks to Wanny & Speil
We were in cap Hell so we couldnt do much in FA...thanks to Wanny & Speil
Our OLine is a bunch of bums...thanks partly to Wanny & Speil, partly to Saban
Our current coaches dont worry about fundamentals..thanks to Saban
Our offensive coordinator's only claim to fame is the trick play...thanks to Saban
We suffered some injuries....thanks to the Football Gods

Are you surprised we are 1-6?

i sense some sort of trend...are you trying to hint at something maybe?
 
1. Dante was not ready and Joey is a backup, We all know that you go as far as your QB takess you. Notice most of the teams that are on top right now have a good QB or a caretaker which we have none.
2. The O-line is trash and the organization didn't bother to clean it up. We couldn't get a Lecharles Bently or a Kevin Shaffer because we have no money.
3. The defense is old and the D-Backs are crap for the most part. Not even our first round draft pick can get out on the field.
 
All of the Dolphin players hitched their wagons to a horse with a bum leg...

It looks like Saban had a 'better than just passable' ( ;) ) 2nd option at QB, but the rest of the boys decided to stay in bed and cry about it...:shakeno:

Simple. They play like garbage and they are coached like garbage. And it's only going to get worse.

Yep. Gonna be a looooong couple seasons until Saban finally hangs it up.

:lol: That's funny. We give a guy a season and a half to turn around a franchise that was in absolute shambles. Some of you guys make me laugh.

Well NewOrleans was supposedly in Shambles and they are not doing so bad.

This team was not in shambles, it just needed work. If everybody wants to blame Wanny why Tennesee, Houston and the Jets along with Buffalo beat us this year be my guest but its not realistic to blame him because these are teams with less talent than us, so how come we cannot beat them.
 
Some of you "fans" make me want to vomit reading your senseless drivel you call posts. You nit-pick and blame everyone...why don't you make it easy on yourself and become "fans" of another team? Looking at this team now, do you think we have that much talent? Puh-leaze. It's just not there this year. Get over it

We've pursued the talent, but they chose to sign elsewhere. If we had overpaid for someone like Lavar Arrington who's out now, we'd be in an even bigger rut. Go ahead and bring up Brees, it's inevitable...but if he were here with a 1-5 record while Daunte is in NO at 5-2 then you all will want Daunte...This isn't our year, plain and simple...but it's not driving me from thinking rationally like it's doing some of you

This is the key to many of your problems. It's the same with the Cardinals woes too. Your skill players on "O" can only perform as well as that O-line. If the line is rotten, then there is no hope until you get it fixed.

Actually a team is only as good as both it's lines "D" and "O".
Hopefully you'll bring in some heavy-duty talent on draft day for the O-line. They may not be as "glamorous" as some of the "glitzy" positions, but they are the foundation for building a decent team.

Hey, hope it's a great game on Sunday -- and both of our teams come out without any injuries.
