When you look at him (6 ft 5 in and 220 lbs) you would think he could have made some noise this year but while he was active I don't think I saw him on the field once and I can't find anything on him as far as being injured or any news that he just wasn't any good in practice...

hes not very bright thats why hes not on the field

Or it takes time to develope some WR's! It's very rare to have WR's come in right away and do anything significant, alot of guys take a couple of years to get ready and then have a great deal of success. M.Austin took until year 4, players that did nothing intheir first year include....M.Manningham and S.Smith, R.White, C.Ochocinco, L.Coles, D.Driver, TJ.Housh and M.Sims-Walker to name a few and some others had very little success like B.Marshall!

The point is to be patient, not everyone comes in and is ready right off the hop.

If there’s a player available where the Dolphins pick worth a first, third and a fifth, I hope we sign him.

Nothing happened to him. He blows. Just another Parcells draft bust. Another Tuna Melt.

Dont they put these guys through the Wonderlic test at the combines? Interview them? How can football people miss such a glaring issue as football intelligence?

When your a self proclaimed football guru, you think you can pick up a turd from the clean end.

Pat Turner did not look good in preseason. He looked slow and mechanical. I hope something changes, but most likely we will not see much Pat Turner.

I'll tell you what happened, he sucks. You see Dwayne Jarrett or Mike Williams getting much playing time? Pat Turner is a carbon copy
of those two. He'll be out of the league in a couple years.

But it doesn't matter, Parcells won a Super Bowl two decades ago.

They literally say a bag of rocks has more intelligence then him...he couldnt learn the system...

That's the downside risk of a confident FO that has had success in the past: arrogance.

They do need to keep themselves in check this April. We don't need to be asking this time next year why Moe, Larry, & Curly from the class of 2010 can't run, block, tackle or in some cases even get on the field. We outsmarted ourselves with a #2 and a #3 in 2009 that should have been able to help us win games this year. They had their good picks as well, but you really count on the early picks being able to step up and contribute, and that shot in the arm could have helped this team down the stretch.

With our WR corps, if he didn't see the field this season...he must be a bust.

There are plenty of guys who are 6-5, 220 who don't have what it takes to be NFL starters. His body stats mean nothing. He was an underachiever in college, and has continued to underachieve. Forget him.

I find it incredible the amount of vitriol directed at Pat White, who was picked only 1 round earlier. We know that QB's almost never make a contribution their first year, while WR's should start showing what they can do early on. At least the coach saw fit to put White on the field, and did not even activate Turner. White is still an unknown. Turner is a bust.
