What happened to Ricky Ray??

What's the deal with this guy?? He was hyped uo for about a week or so. He completed a few workouts for a few teams and I haven't heard anything since.

Last I heard his agent said that they had terms with a team but they wanted to hear from the Dolphins.

My guess for their "terms" is a 2 year offer at veteran minimum to fight for the number 2 position somewhere. :D

Ray has already received two offers from the big league to the south, and Staninger expects at least one more to come this weekend at the NFL combine in Indianapolis.

"I'm talking with three teams, sharing some ideas back and forth," Staninger said Wednesday. "Nothing is imminent yet."

But the Montana-based agent isn't ruling out a return to Edmonton for Ray, who has worked out for 14 NFL teams in the last two months.
