What Has To Happen in Baltimore This Sunday?

The Dolphins need to WIN!
That's what needs to happen!

We need to score more points than the ravens
 
D line needs to get to Flacco to limit the deep shots and we need to create turnovers. Offense needs to control time of possession by having good third down efficiency and keep Baltimore's defense on the field as much as possible to wear them out late in the game. Passing game will have to be on point again!

Dion showing off his athleticism in that picture. Hope he stays clean and smart.

Here's what we need in this game:

Solid OL Protection
A decent run game.
A decent pass game.
A great special teams game.
Andrew Franks proving his worth. We will be in position for long field goals. He needs to prove to us he is our long term option.

Those things will beat the Ravens. They are a solid team at home but not great overall this year. Ravens have had so many lucky wins vs us the past 3-4 years. All extremely close games. Games that pissed me off. It's our turn to beat the Ravens... I have full confidence we come out with the W under Gase.

You have your rankings reversed. They are #1 against the run not 32nd.

The last time we beat Baltimore in their home stadium was the 1st time the two teams met...October 19, 1997. Since then...they've won two against us there. Overall...Baltimore leads the series 7-6.

Cool stat; But no relevance to this team, in this year.

49ers were worst against the run and slowed us down and held us under 100 yards rushing.
Ravens are best against the run but they may allow us over 100 yards rushing this week.

These things have a way of equaling out over a season. When you are at the top it gets hard to keep repeating the effort.

HOW did that happen? Look at the information! It's the same, but for some reason, NFL.com ranked Baltimore at 32nd when they should have been 1st.

I still think we run against them. If the 49ers...who are TRULY RANKED 42nd stopped the run...then maybe there is a freaky force at work right now where everything is flipped upside down...like the stupid rankings returned by NFL.com when I searched for this information earlier.
