supposedly several teams offered a 1st for him. After yesterday, his value to the Cardinals organization skyrocketed and they are alot better with him than without
 
No. Don't offer, and it doesn't matter because they aren't trading him. It looks like they'll win the west this year.

Carefull we'd be giving up as of right now almost a top 5 pick.
 
Like it matters what pick we have, we will almost certainly screw up the pick anyhow.
 
Not sure why this keeps coming up in the press. He's not going anywhere. Cards will not trade him (short of 2 first round picks). Besides, even if we get him, who's going to throw deep to him ? Pennington can't and nobody else has enough time/patience to wait for him to get down the field. We likely will be picking fairly early again this year and I suspect the FO will finally start grabbing some premium positions this year with some of our core positions now being shored up. Some decent CB's and WR' should be our priority this next draft. I'd be shocked otherwise.
 
offer them a first this year and a first next year. He is THAT much better than anything we could draft.
 
I would love to get Boldin. However.... it's not going to happen. Plus he also said he wants to go somewhere to win. I guess he's not talking about us.
