What if Brees wants more time?

It looks to me as if were waiting to meet with Brees before we go to the

backup plan Culpepper. Now my questions is what do we do if Brees is very

interested in us but needs more time to decided between us and the Saints?

Do we wait for his decision and keep holding back on addressing other

positions through free agency or Do we give Brees a deadline tomorrow for

him to sign and if he doesn't reach it we make a deal with Minny.

I don't think this thing will materialize before the middle of next week. Brees may go to 2 more teams after us. He is going to go to the team that steps up and the team that he feels the best toward. That HAS to be us.

I have been all over the map tonight looking for info and the whole deal of it happening tomorrow is just because John Clayton said it and that does NOT make it so.

This is just to sell papers and build suspense.

BTW, it's being said now that Saban has been talking to Brees' doctors all week long. And that is WITH Brees' permission, it cannot even be done legally unless the patient gives approval. Saban is WAY ahead of the game with Brees and he obviously wants him badly.
