As far as Ray Lewis goes, drafting him instead of Gardner would have changed the culture of our franchise. Although Zack Thomas was a fine mlb, Ray Lewis is one of the greatest football players to ever play the game. If JJ drafted Lewis and Moss we would have won a SB before Marino retired.

I tend to agree. Not sure about winning a super bowl, but definitely advancing. I always felt that Jimmy Johnson's mistake with Miami was that he didn't adjust his philosophy to the talent at hand. Love what he did with the defense and how he could always find those quick, cover linebackers in the middle rounds. But, he should have augmented the passing game and Randy Moss would have done that in a big way. The AFC was definitely up for grabs during that time frame and by drafting Ray Lewis and Randy Moss maybe Johnson would not have burned out. Who knows.
