I know that this is kind of stupid because otherwise we would never figure out what we have, but I am nervous about Joey starting today. If he starts and does poorly, then we have two unsuccessful QBs when what we thought we had was a solid starter and extremely solid backup. Just makes me nervous.

Hopefully he doesn't fail and we just win. That's all we can ask for regardless of who starts. Maybe the Culpepper benching will inspire the whole offense play better since it was a team effort that we sucked...I'm definitely not buying this shoulder injury thingy for some reason

Then everyone understands that Daunte's knee will get better down the road and we will be a better team...down the road.

then maybe the focus will go to the problem...the o-line

He won't fail. The offense is no where near as bad as Culpepper makes it. Dolphins were touted as a playoff team for a reason, but Pundits never counted on Culpepper being a liability to the team's offensive capabilities. Culpepper ran a lethargic, uncharismatic, incompetent offense, he's no leader on the field. Watch Joey today and see what this offense can do. I'm betting we'll all be very pleasantly surprised.

 This coming from what? The way he played in PRESEASON? Culpepper was "the missing piece" which is WHY people picked us to go to the superbowl. They didn't pick us because of our backup qb that played worse in Detroit than Culpepper has played so far this year.

hopefully after today those whineing about, and blameing the line for the Dolphins crappy offense will kindly shut up!

If he fails ... well -- he fails ...

Let's just see what he can do ... WORST CASE is IF he does show something -- then he could bring us a day 1 draft pick next year !

Then we'll be 1-4 going into New York next week. And I'd imagine it'd be time to start organizing who we think is the top five players in college football this year.

Sorry, but the shoulder bruising is true. With the amount of defense that Saban has given Culpepper in press conferences, there's no reason for it not to be.
