...that he decides to pay Joey Harrington the $4 million and keep him if he can't get the 4th rounder he wants.

What do we do then?

*I know it's unlikely....but...what if*

The problem is, with Matt Millen, you just don't know.
The man is insane... seriously. I can't imagine being a Lions fan.

Anyways, if thats the case, we'll go after another QB.

then matt millen is a total stooge and a complete idiot that means he is simply wasting cash harrington wants to come to miami and the only realistic and logical outcome should be that he ends up here but i suppose with millen u never know

I'm sure they've cap planned to NOT pay it. But in the highly unlike event of a water landing, we'd definitely find a way to sign SOMEONE. Nick needs a #2 with gameday experience. We most certainly wouldn't enter the season with Miss Cleo, Brockolli Berlin and *shutter* Marcus "I'm not wearing any panties" Vick.

Then you get a faith healer to heal Culpepper's knee and make it 100%.

That's just as likely as Millen being that ready to lose his job.

Collins........Anyone?

I'd rather have him anyway.

Too bad the 9ers are about to trade for T. Dilfer, i think he could have been a great backup for us.

yeah true i totally forgot about him if harrington wasnt available due to another shocker by millen then i would be pretty happy with collins to land a dolphins contract

if that happened i would simply giggle at matt millen losing his job, then wait for saban to find another backup with good experience.

p.s.- do you think there was an actual phone call between millen and saban/mueller where they said "we're pulling our offer for harrington"? if so, i'd like to hear that conversation. hehe.

p.p.s.- did maddox sign anywhere yet?

Anyone but Maddux.....

If he keeps Harrington and takes the cap hit JUST to spite the Dolphins, he's DEFINATELY losing his job in the near future. Can't imagine how he HASN'T lost it YET!

Football is a business. How could Millen possibly expect to keep Harrington after signing two other high-priced qbs. Millen is on thin ice already and blowing this trade can only be another (final?) nail in the coffin that he has created for himself.
