I know the first rule about firing and hiring is if you fire a HC you need to have a better option to replace him. Many have suggested moving Nolan to the HC position. His stint with SF wasn't a good one so I don't know if he would make a good HC in Miami. It all depends on his philosophy (conservative like Sparano or different).
What do ya'll thing about Nolan as the HC and promoting Todd Bowles to DC and Karl Dorrell to OC? This move would keep the chemistry of the team. The question would be if these three would be different than the current three? Most likely Bowles and Nolan would be on the same page since they currently work together. The biggest question is if Nolan would allow Dorrell to implement an exciting offense that would bring the glamour back to Miami?
