We sign Flynn leaving Cleveland scrambling for a QB. With Cleveland not wanting to take Tannehill too early we trade our 8th pick and a 3rd round pick to Clev for there 4th and we get Blackmun.

Ireland isn't that smart plus our first and a 3rd wouldn't be enough to move up to 4th.

I don't know how you can rely on that scenario happening for it to be a master plan. Would be nice though.

Tell me the last time the dolphins had a master plan, and it worked?

Flynn is no better than Moore, getting Blakmon sound nice though.

Cleveland could probably get a lot more than #8 and a 3rd for the 4th overall pick if Blackmon is still up there at 4.

We need to be trading down ourselves once a solid playmaker is available at #8. This team needs help but even if we do stockpile picks, this regime cant land any good players. Basically, were in big trouble.

Great Idea and would love to see it but there are a number of other teams in the NFL that might be interested in the Browns spot.......That would most likely take us out of the equation...

You are giving Irleand way to much credit. He does not have the stones or brains to pull off a deal like that. The master plan is the water park will draw fans to the stadium.

they don't even know what the word "plan" is.... Are you kidding me???? Then you decide to throw the word "master" in front of it???? Jeff Irelands head would explode with confusion.

Master plans seems to be working just fine IMO. Fool the fan base year in and year out that the Dolphins are just a couple impact players away from contention, fan base keeps supporting and holding on to the hope of better days for their beloved franchise, and the organization keeps making $ on the promise of better days ahead while constantly putting a mediocre product on the field.

Hope is a helluva drug.

The master plan is demonically brilliant, and it is working to perfection!
