I know some people here feel if we make the playoffs they should keep everyone. There're also many people who feel if we don't make the playoffs we should fire at least a few people like Ireland and some of the coaching staff if not all of it. But how would you feel if we lose to the jets and Ross still keep Ireland and company? I like Philbin to a point but if this team is not ready to play yet again he should be let go. Getting rid of Ireland is something I'd do even if we make the playoffs today but for sure if we don't make it. I have a bad feeling that we wont make the playoffs and Ireland will be kept so he can mess up yet another off season. Nothing Ross does will surprise me and nothing the team does today will surprise me either.

Ozzy rules!!

The owner is not going to fire or retain anyone based on one game… This has already been decided, the decision will be disclosed at the end of the season. Regardless, of when that may be.

The team will lose another five to ten thousand season ticket holders.

It will seem like ground hog day with Bill Murray

It would be the 4th offseason in a row where we discuss teflon don Jeff Ireland and why or why not he should still be here, we would be approaching borderline insanity.

The local fan base will continue to be labeled fair weather and faux fans. I don't have much respect for those types, so go riddance to the bums.

I think if Joe stays all his coaches stay, unless they resign on their own.
