Hypothetically speaking, what if Henne totally and completely craps the bed tonight? With the regime on the hot seat, and if Henne has a bad game, do you bring in a David Garrard or other QB to take a look at?

Also understand I am NOT saying that I hope Henne has a bad game. Just wondering what you would like to see if Henne continues his struggles from last year. Hopefully he has a great game.

1 game does not define his season,

In all honesty I suspect he won't play good today, maybe not even next week, but I believe by the end of the year he'll prove he is our starter

I still think it'll take more than one bad game. Maybe if he has 3-4 bad games we'll just start Moore, but I'd prefer Garrard.

It was brought up on the opening drive. If he completely craps out, I think we would be doing a diservice to ourselves by not bringing in someone else to at least compete.

I couldn't see a Thigpen vs. Chicago like meltdown. Henne has always been able to move the ball in between the 20's. He would have to be absolutely dreadful and incompetent in the redzone for Miami to pull the trigger on Garrard right now.

Even still, I think Miami would atleast take it into the bye week before any drastick moves are made. I would say the Henne leash isn't long though . . . he could have a 4 game season if he plays bad, but I think he'll see those 4 games barring injury.

I hate to say it but if we really stink it up the whole lot (Tony , Chad , Ireland) may be unemployed by the bye week.

This would not surprise me. If it's bad, I think they all go before the season is out.
