what if during the draft richardson and blackmon are still on the board when we pick?would you still draft a de or ol or would you take the bpa and who would that be

Anyone that takes a running back in the top 10 sh*t even top 20 or so picks in a NFL draft is not a smart individual.

this guy could be the best rb since AP and you would pass on AP

blackmon over richardson at the point for us, easy. but blackmon will go before 6

I love Adrian Peterson but he doesn't lead a team to Super Bowls. Running backs don't last long in the NFL and they are very easy to find.

See, no, this statement gets thrown around too much.

Great RBs are not easy to find. Serviceable ones are.

What is there to explain? Running back is the easiest position to fill. You can find running backs in any round in the NFL draft.

I didn't ask him to explain anything.

I completely agree.

Ya how many rb do we have that are in the hall of fame?what was the year we came into the league 1966.how many pro bowl rb have we had

WR. We could use more WRs and we're good enough at RB. Plus I think RBs are easier to find, and should never be drafted in the first round.

Seriously. Just ask Don Shula

They may not be easy to find, but fact is, you most definitely do not need to use a first rounder to find one. Best backs this year include Jones Drew, Ray Rice, Michael Turner, LeShon McCoy, Arian Foster, and Frank Gore. Each of them have been far more than serviceable and have done so for multiple years. Not a single one was drafted top ten or even in the first round for that matter.

I like Richardson a lot, but the fact is the best teams in football have little to no running game (Giants, Packers, Pat's) and clearly QB's and passing game win championships in today's NFL.
